- 4 slices Krakus® Reduced Sodium Polish Deli Ham4 slices
- 1 wrap Whole wheat or whole grain wrap1 wrap
- 1 Carrot, thinly sliced 1
- ¼ red pepper Red pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise¼ red pepper
- 1 Red radish, thinly sliced1
- ½ Yellow squash, thinly sliced½
- 1 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil1 tsp.
- 1-2 leaves Romaine lettuce, chopped1-2 leaves
Instructions
Lightly brush one side of the wrap with extra virgin olive oil.
Spread chopped romaine lettuce, yellow squash, radish, carrots and red peppers across center of wrap.
Place Krakus® Reduced Sodium Polish Deli Ham atop the veggies; roll up burrito fashion, and slice in half to serve.
